Problem:  You are running Word 97 or 2000 and when you try to locate Unlinked Citations, you receive a Word API Error.

Problem:   You are running Word XP and/or WordPerfect 10 (Corel Office 10).

DOWNLOAD and INSTALLATION Instructions:

Make sure that you have your web browser configured properly and that you have adequate rights/disk space in the location you are downloading to. 

Download Instructions:

1. Download the update to your desktop.
2. Close both ProCite and your word processor.
3. Prior to installing the update, disable any virus protection software you may be using (remember to enable it when the installation is complete!).
4. Double-click on the update file to start the setup process and follow the prompts.
5. Start ProCite, then start your word processor.
