Direct Export Plug-in
This utility will install the Direct Export Plug-in required to export references from various web-based products and services into your Reference Manager database. If you are running Reference Manager v9.5, 10.x or 11, you probably do not need to download this utility because the Direct Export Plug-in should already be installed and configured. However, if you encounter problems with direct export, then use this utility to re-install the plug-in.
Download Instructions:
1. Click the link below and save the file "risweb.exe" to a convenient location on your hard drive (eg, desktop).
2. Close all open programs (including your web browser).
3. Double-click or run the "risweb.exe" file and follow the prompts to install.
